Who am I?

Who am I? Or rather, who are we? Does anyone of us know who we actually are? What is the purpose of our existence? What is the purpose that nature wants us to serve?
Do we ever stop by to ask ourselves these questions? Well, most of us don't. Many would reply that in just 24 hours a day, they just don't have the time for such luxury. But believe me, this introspection can do each of us a world of good.
I believe we should spend half an hour each day talking to ourselves. Just think about what you have done in the whole day. Which of your actions do you deem appropriate or otherwise and why. If you can face your conscience with a straight face you are answerable to noone else in this world.
Not only daily introspections, we should actually take some time off to think how we have nurtured our relationships. Have we been honest and loyal to the people we think we love? Have we ever hurt them when they didn't deserve it? Did we apologise for such inappropriate actions? We need to be honest in providing these answers as these are the relations that will support us throughout our lives.
